- Turn down temp to medium low and add can of mushroom soup. When it starts bubbling turn to simmer and put patties back into pan.
- I usually let them sit on simmer for about 5 mins before serving.
It's ready in under an hour and cooks all in one skillet. Just like mom used to make. I used a bunch of white mushrooms that were on their last legs and I increased the amount of onion.
